Proceeding through the grounds of the town of Windsor, her and her new husband, Prince Harry, rode through on a carriage totally in love and looking relaxed, and exceptionally calm. The loved up couple then waved to the crowds with pleasing smiles all the way through.
The day couldn’t have been any better! It was a promising and blooming Spring day on Saturday the 19th of May 2018 and the service started at 12 noon at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, and I watched the wedding at 7pm Western AUSTRALIAN time at Event Cinemas in Morley.
So many Celebrities were invited along, such as the Beckhams, Oprah Winfrey, George and Amal Clooney, but my eyes were ON Kitty Spencer!!!!!!!
In case you didn’t know, “Lady” Kitty Spencer is Prince Harry and Williams cousin who is the niece of their mother, the late Princess Diana. Her father is Charles Spencer, (9th earl Spencer).
She seemed to have turned a lot of heads at the wedding and looked very Lady like in her Dolce and Gabbana fascinator!
But we all want to know about the wedding dress right?
Meghan’s wedding dress was discovered to be designed by the British designer Clare Waight Keller. It was a silk gown by Givenchy and the tiara, which everyone knows about!!!! Was a Queen Mary tribute from the 1930’s.
This was such a momentous occasion to witness and it was my very first LIVE Royal wedding so it made me feel quite emotional! Especially seeing now that Prince Harry has found his one love!
Yesterday, Kensington Palace released official wedding photos of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

I just wanted to be able to post these three DELIGHTFUL official portraits as they are just simply stunning and the black and white photo is a favourite. And also, the furniture used in the green drawing room was the same furniture (sofa and chair) used by Princess Diana, Prince Charles and the Queen for Harry’s christening photo.
This has surely been a delightful last three days seeing such beautiful photos that make you want to cry with joy and happiness!
What was most touching to me was Meghan’s bouquet.
It was a tribute to the late Diana and her favourite flowers were Forget me nots.
Scented sweet peas, lily of the valley, astilbe, jasmine and astrantia, sprigs of myrtle and Princess Diana’s favourite: forget-me-nots …
The bespoke bridal bouquet, designed by florist Philippa Craddock, featured an array of spring blooms, all delicately bound together with a naturally dyed, raw silk ribbon.
A flower of importance is the inclusion of forget-me-nots, which were the favourite flower of Diana, Princess of Wales.
I am or was particularly interested in the meaning of Forget me nots.
Also, make sure to read why Princess Diana’s garden in Kensington Palace has all white flowers.
On the last note, here is my favourite photo of them leaving the chapel after the vows and ceremony.
Such a stunning memorable event that I will never forget.
